Classic Hotel, Florence

The hotel is located in a beautiful green neighborhood, with convenient access to central Florence, making it ideal for exploring the city. The rooms are simple but comfortable, although some may find the lack of air-conditioning a challenge during hot summers. The service provided was extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay overall. However, the dining options were limited and may not suit those looking for a diverse culinary experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, pretty, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax. However, I did notice squished mosquitos all over the walls, which was a bit off-putting at first. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to the city center but far enough to avoid the crowds. Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired with tasteless pastries and awful coffee. Overall, a great hotel with a few small downsides.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice but had squished mosquitos all over the walls, yet they were amazingly spacious with a mezzanine for kids, which was great. The bathroom was lovely and well-appointed. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, and they even printed off tickets for us and accommodated our parking needs. The location was nice, within a walkable distance to the center of Florence and close to major attractions. However, the dining experience was the worst I've ever had at any hotel anywhere in the world. The facilities were good overall.
